Wanted gamin board or head unit with nav and sirius for 2016 dodge journey crossroad

Thanks for the help i really think i need the new garmin board. I was really hoping someone might know a solution for factory reset. tried the fuse, removing battery etc and the radio does reset but not to factory, all presets Sirius and settings stay. I remove battery cables and clamped them together for 3 hours i have tried several usb and i did try the gmapprom alone. Right now i am using a portable garmin. everything else in the radio works great.

ctp 17 has the same result as ctp 13 when trying from system upgrade. no files found by just inserting it and the same for map files

no luck it goes to the system recovery then after som time of the bar not moving it goes to error on reflashing.

I will re format usb and load just ctp13 and give it a try.

i'll give it a go. i have used the same ctp 13 for many upgrades without any problem though. still i will download a fresh copy and re format a USB and try again.

This happened while downgrading to ctp 13 it never came back from that. I tried to go back to ctp 17 but i now get an error 31OA each time from running system recovery

Anyone have any other ideas for fixing this issue i tried the fuse, disconnecting battery etc and nothing works i have a 2016 DJ crossroad the Nav went out during update and never came back. Nav is "loading please wait" also -- in compass i looked into purchasing the Nav board but it is $250 to cananda and i am not sure it would work. I have also looked everywhere for a factory reset procedure. Cant seem to find a solution that works
