  1. Max, thanks for startimg this thread...the engine vibration thru the cabin on 2010 Journey R/T CRD is particulary annoying ..enough 12 mths down the track of ownership and after driving a 2010 Pajero diesel 2010 Volvo wagon diesels ..that the Dodge's noise n vibration is not acceptable and in my books nearly a deal breaker and giving me rise to thinking about an early replacement ..as i find the N &V just too annoying in what is a great vehicle in every other respect.. I have read thru the net that there was some query about the engine mounts..Dodge here in Oz checked mine reluctantly [supposedly] to shut me up ..but nothing wrong ..the noise n vibration seems to get worse the more people or load ..but I done think its weight related ..to me its like the drivetrain or similar with more weight changes the angle or pulls down harder on whatever it is that vibrates thru the car ..but its enough to cause the dashboard and door panels to vibrate n resonate...Dodge here seems to be happy with the response .."...its a diesel." .but the 2010 Vovo diesel i drove n England and my wifes 2010 swb Pajero yes have a bit of deisel clatter but vibratuion is minimal and not intrusive like my Dodge's ...very very disappointing
  2. - ADD - self leveling rear end, adjustable headlights handy but proper self leveling rear like Grand Voyager, new Sorrento, and Captiva would be good
  3. Ok Bac, nice exhaust tip, where did you get that ..I'm in Oz wth a diesel R/T and need a chrome tip to finish off the rear of the car..
  4. Ok, I'm only new here, but one of the exciting/disappointing thing about reading and ultimately buying a Journey is some of the other countries where Journey's are sold get some really cool options..so here's a couple of quick options [some from the World car parts bin] and ideas - for our models in Australia - I'd like to see available..what would you like to see/ have..I could have made this a list of what we like, as there's plenty/heaps to like, but a little fine tuning would make the Journey even better - the Homelink visor system [stops alarm and garage remotes sliding around in the car]..!! - memory seat [min 2 ] for driver seat / mirrors etc [keep the wife happy, when we swap cars] - altho rear camera is great feature, I'd like rear sensors as well - instead of glossy painted surface for the top of the rear bar, needs good looking rubber /plastic protector ..to prevent the inevitable - one voice control button pls- on the steering wheel [noted in another post here] - the sunroof control needs to be illuminated..fumbling in the dark, get sunglasses instead - altho drink holders in centre are lit [very neat], as a few mfrs do now, a soft ambient/beam of light to glow down from the over head console to this area would be great as well [like Mitsibishi/ BMW do] - auto lights, auto wipers, headlamp washer, HID lights - more smaller storage spaces for coin, bits and pieces..like down beside steering wheel on dash, there's plenty of expanse of dash to cut in some coin holders etc - a pop out drink holder from the dash to the drivers side below the air vent to hold 'and cool' the drink - drink cooler in dash - light inside - as I am shorter, the center console sliding lid just doesn't slide forward enough.. - all versions of the MyGig systems should all get the same level of options/features - eg. particulary proper Ipod integration, UConnect - all series should be capable of uploading Phonebook.. - and a drivers foot rest - and where you put USB like keyfob into its 'slot' ..make its home/slot illuminated..hard to see around that steering wheel, cruise control etc at night - and last one - might as well have Smart key system Hmm thats my wish list, don't get me wrong, overall very happy, just some of these would make the Journey awesome, anyway pls join in
