Just wondering if anyone on here downgraded from CTP17 - CTP13 and lost their navigation settings. I backed up the users settings before, but when i restore them, i get an error. I used to get Cannot unlock maps. When i hit the navigation button it just sits at the loading garmin screen. Nothing else is affected, as NAV wasn't working before. I also upgraded back to CTP17 to try and restore but still same issue..... Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
