Just bought a used 2016 Journey with 4.3S sound system. The car was originally used as a rental fleet vehicle. We are unable to locate the bluetooth option anywhere. it does not appear in any of the menu options that we have tried. Is it possible that it was factory disabled? Any guess or ideas would be appreciated.
