Hi Guys. I'm facing the same issue originally posted by Mcgusto82. After reading all the thread, the climate control problems when upgrading from 4.3 to 8.4 are related to the Auto Climate feature. If you don't have the Auto feature on your car, when upgrading to 8.4 you will face the described issue. (buttons on the bezel not working and when changing the temperature over the screen, it return to 22C) How do you know if you have or not the Auto feature? Based on the climate bezel located below the screen. I'm attaching some images so you can better understand. Please see the central button. If you have it like the first image (only Off selection), means that your vehicle is not equipped with Auto Climate feature. If you have the second one, your car has Auto Climate support (in this case you can also have the splitted Off/Auto button without the SD hole/connector). Said that... Can anyone post the Part# of the Temperature Control that we have to buy in order add the Auto Climate Feature to the vehicle? And did anyone check this solution works? Thanks!

I can confirm 68210554AE radio worked on the Journey. And that it has the Navigation included. The only issue I had is with the climate controls. The mechanic buttons doesn't work (or are not being recognized by the screen) and when changing the temperature over the screen, it always comes back to 22C/72F

I upgraded from 4 to 8 and experiencing the same issue. Any update on this thread will be appreciated. Something to consider is reviewing the radios used on each case. I used a C300 radio, Part Number: 68210554AE. Big hug to everybody!

Hi guys, I've just bought a 68210554AE radio for the Journey 2014, I did it based on FROGBOX's recommendation. But at the mopar parts site says it only fits C300 and Charger https://www.moparpartscanada.ca/oem-parts/mopar-am-fm-cd-68210554ae Can somebody confirm that it also works for Journey 2014? Thanks.
