P0302 2nd cylinder misfire rough idle... if my vehicle is having symptoms of this known cylinder head issue should dodge still be charging me for diagnostic?? Also what test should they Ben performing to check if this is the issue?? Anyone know if this is the cause for check engine light if they are required to get me a loaner for a fix they tell me will take a week..?? Thanks for any help
