Ok so I have the same problem my uconnect not working my dvd or cd won't go inside I only my aux connection and am/fm work also when I turn off my car my safe radio stations are gone .. I called uconnect and asked them they told me I had to go to the dealership.. Be use when I press the voice it says voice recognizing but won't do anything else also that goes with the phone botom what's going on .. Can someone help

I have a 09 dodge Journey. Ever since I got the van the Bluetooth and the CD is stuck or it does not work because when I try to insert CD's it doesn't let me. Also, the uconnect is not working. It just says voice recognizing and then never says anything else. I can never pair my phone or anything else. I called uconnect and the were trying to reset it but it did not work. They told me that I have to replace my Bluetooth module. I called dodge and they don't even know what that is. Please help, please, please. Also, when I try to set my favorite radio stations it doesn't save them. What's going on?
