  1. Random Annoyances: Being told i need a 500$ u connect module to active bluetooth. Lack of 19" tire options (only one, the Kumho) Comfort Annoyances: I often commute 3.5 hours per direction, so this means being comfortable while my wife drives. I own a 5 seater and while sitting in the back, sometimes i will remove my shoes. While in a seated position, WORST shocking pain is getting the seat rail's in the heel. Second is the "small of the back" or "spine shocker" you get from the oversize seat belt covers. Thirdly the lack of padding on extended drives. But this is all worth it for the option of reclining the rear seat, folding the passenger seat flat, putting my legs out while enjoying a movie. 2009 RT
  2. Absolutely no complaints up here in Bruce County Ontario. (Lake Huron with lots of snow) I was on OEM 19's last winter. 17" snows this winter, bother were great. Both worked better than any 2wd i've owned, and better than the 94 explorer 4x4 i owned. Mine Journey is an AWD too. Oh Yeah, don;t expect to find 19" snows... you'd need steel rims and possibly TPMS... look to spend over a grand.
  3. The car was built with this iPod feature, so I was looking forward to using it. As far as calling the dealership... i live in a hick town and the local dealer knows nothing about these things. I'm hoping to trouble shoot this coming weekend. Thanks, 2009 RT
  4. I can also confirm that my remote start does not chirp the horn since I disabled that feature with the remote lock. Thanks Sam, 2009 RT
  5. I live in a condo with many neighbours close by. Remote starting my Journey at 5:45am must piss off then off. Anyone know of a way to disable the "2 honks" feature on the OEM remote start? Thanks, 2009 RT
  6. I had the right PTO seal replaced yesterday @ 35,000kms.
  7. My journey has the REN radio with Sirius and the iPod connector in the glove box. The dealership sold me on the 12" male cable which plugs in perfectly to the female glove box connector in the glove box. (Part # 1-82212001) Unfortunately, my journey won't recognize the iPod touch (brand new 32 Gig Model). Any ideas how to make this work? Thanks, 2009 RT
  8. Hello All, This is my first post. With 30,000K I exited the highway and stopped at a red light. While at the intersection, i noticed a small amount of whitish smoke from under the hood. This has been noticed intermittently for the past 2 months. I have put on about 7000kms since and my check engine light has come on so I brought it in to the dealership. Dealership diagnosed as following: a bad right side PTO oil seal , causing the oil to drip and smoke on my hot exhaust. I was down about 1 liter of fluid. This lit up my Check engine light and prevented my factory remote start from working. Dealership explained that my remote start system would start working after the oil seal job was done and the fluid level was topped back up. Funny enough, they were correct. 2009 RT
