My journey is back, all sorted under warranty. They tell me i have a tyre valve pack fitted, and that all valves have been replaced. I'm not sure the lovely lady on the desk knows...so has anyone else had this happen? Is there a better replacement? Im on the tyre learning curve.....i lost it for 48 hrs because the dealer is 25 miles away and i work so couldnt pick it up yesterday.... The good thing is its valeted again. I have to say that i have my car 6 months...only washed it once because everytine it goes back for a warranty claim, they clean it for me. Its been back a few times, mainly fiddly little things.....

Can anyone tell me how it fits? Is there a parts manual anywhere? My diesel only has 1 pipe!!!

My Journey was towed to the dealer tonight from my train station all because the tyre valve split and i have no spare!!! Firstly i shall be interested to see if they cover it under warranty...i see many others have had the very same problem. Secondly, can i fit a spare tyre? Is there room? Is there a market where they fit a spare and is it a full size or space saver? This is the second time i have had to have it towed for a flat. The first time i tried the goo that comes with it and was then told it needs a new tyre....£145. Now its the inconvenience of the wait....in the cold.....and its dinner time.....a spare will make the future much better!!!

Wolf man.... Mine has a rough ride, well rough isnt the right word its just jerks a bit, at constant lower speeds.(30 to 40mph), I have to change down to stop it. Went to dealer...no problem found. Does this sound like the same thing? No probs at higher cruise.

I know what he means. Outside it sounds almost agricultural!!! But its good inside...just a slight drone, fractionally more than others i think but not worth worrying about. So i shall continue to make noise outside....

Looking at the factory...i can see white is popular!!!! I think thats my red one just on the 4th row 35th car along......

Hmmm....i guess i found out why my Journey was on special!!!! It was made 06/08. I purchased it 09/09. And it wasnt at the dealers. So it sat for 15 months somewhere...... Im a little concerned to find out where.....it was pretty harsh here last winter...then all through the English hot sunshine. Cancel that. It was a crap summer so no heat. I guess thats why it was 13,500...... And it was made i Mexico.

Every evening i come home from work....and forget to look!!! Its cold outside and im not going out!!! Must remember tomorrow!!! But if they build it over there, why dont they offer the diesel in that part of the world. Gotta be better than 20mpg...and ok, i know its not as fast as a 3.6litre...it does go well once the turbo gets turning..... I'll update tomorrow.....

I'm in the UK and was wondering...where was my Journey made? Surely it didnt come all the way from ....USA? Plus is it possible to get a build date from somewhere on the car? The VW engine, is it also a VW gearbox? Which model engine is it?I have to say it seems a bit commercial vehicle like!!! Noisy.....

I know this is oldbut, i had a puncture, was told by tyre shopit can't be repaired so new tyre at £190. For a simple puncture that i didnt drive on. Complained to my dealer, Marshals of Cambridge. The man from Sweden is correct. It can be repaired according to Chrysler Uk. But the tyre shops dont want to do it without a fight. My dealer has said they will organise a simple puncture repair. Its in there today...so we shall see. So who had the bright idea not to put a spare tyre....

I have this problem!!!! Alarm just goes off...always in the evenig or night when its quiet.... Why is that? In the first couple of weeks it actually frox=ze when i unlocked it. Horn, siren and flashing lighs al went off. Transmitters didnt do anything. Had to leave it to sqauk and beep for 2 hours until the roadside people came, disconnected the power which reset the whole thing. It hasnt done that since but the alarm is causing me grief! Its a 2.0CRD SXT reg'd 15th Sept 09. I shall mention it to the dealer...its in with a coolant problem at the moment....the water keeps dissapearing but no apparent leak/puddle.

Red SXT CRD near Cambridge. Great car....everything we need. Except the headrests not adjusting. And the alrm ha gone off 3 times at strange hours.....which could be a good thing as i didnt know it had one!!! 3800 miles in 2 months.

Do the second row headrests come out???? Please tellme how. They interfere with our 4 yr olds booster seat....

I got my SXT CRD from Marshalls in Cambridge too!!! September 15th. Andy was the salesman. Great deal as well. Had to wait for it to arrive, they didnt have many in stock at that time as the prices were very very good. I believe they have increased a lot since then. I wanted the roof bars...but they were £450!!!! In hindsight i should have looked at the RT model but it didnt cross my mind at the time. Will keep an eye out for you!!!

Had my Journey for 2 months now, Inferno Red, 2.0CRD SXT. Picked up a bargain i think!!! Traded my Citroen C4 Grande Picasso....that was a good car too, but wanted 3 yrs of trouble free mtoring at no cost....so went for the Journey. Really liked it the moment i saw it....
