Hi, my 2014 R/T gives a horrible clunk when stuck in traffic going from 1st to 2nd or down from 2 to 1. I asked the mechanic and he said they like to be under load and use the manual shift to hold the gear as the clunk is it not truely ready for that gear. He said nothing to worry about though.
