I'm in Ontario Canada. I've been to a car seat clinic and the techs were unsure. They said mycar seat manual said to do it, but it's not the car seat that needs the permission, it's dodge.

My carseat came with the extra attachment where I can loop it around the back leg of a front seat, but some vehicles do not allow this. I was just wondering if Dodge allowed it or not.

Yes I use latch, but it's for the top tether.

I was wonding if the Dodge Journey allows for Swedish tethering when rearfacing a car seat? My car seat manual says to do it, but I need to check with dodge.
