Yep, good advice indeed. I informed the service writer of the WIN module TSB and we both figured that is why my Journey wouldn't start. Turns out in reality, a wire had rubbed on the body and caused a short circuit, so ya never know...

Same thing happened to my 2009 R/T today at just over 1000 miles on the odometer. Wiggling the shifter and trying to jump it was useless. Luckily it was sitting in my driveway when it happened. Tow truck is on the way now.
