Sirius Travel Link will not populate or update in new 2015 Journey RT

Have the same issue with my 2015 Journey Crossroad. The dealer ordered a new radio but received the wrong one. Travel Link started working on its own a couple of weekends ago but then stopped again. I'm starting to think it's more a Sirius problem than a radio problem.
