I think it depends on which bulbs you buy. I got a set from DDM tuning and I needed the error cancel modules. Without them the lights flickered on and off.

Not bad and much cheaper thatn the other variant going for almost $800

Those light would look awesome on my Crossroad, but I am not about to spent that much. Too bad someone in the US, like Angle/Eagle Eyes, doesn't make something for the DJ.
I had Eagle Eye projectors on my 06 Charger R/T and they were awesome. I think I spent like $150 bucks on them, was very disappointed to see that there was no cheap option for the DJ and it's not like this truck hasn't been around for forever.. sucks! I guess it makes more sense to pick up an extra pair of stock housings on E-bay and modify them to use projectors and LEDs.

The problem with giving more air to these motors with a stock tune is the computer is going to compensate and negate any additional cold air flow to keep the fuel curve from running too lean. Unless you have a modified tune that can take advantage of the extra air your giving the motor, you're wasting your money. Now pair that up with a cold air intake and a Trinity tuner with a canned tune. You'll notice a siginifcant difference. It also will adjust the shift points and lock up the torque converter for better off the line performance.

Who changed the oil? What gives is the vehicle was not ready for an oil change yet. Which begs the question, why did you change the oil when it was not required?
Beacuase I've owned and maintained cars long enough to know that I don't want to drive past 5k miles on the break in oil from Dodge and wanted to get some clean Mobil 1 in there. I'm well over 5k miles now and still no oil change indicator and I didn't do the reset procedure on purpose to see if it would eventually pop up. Plus you do realize the oil life indicator is not 100% accurate as some here have already expressed with their indicators going off at 2500 miles with full synthetic in it.

I took my Journey to 5k miles and then performed the first oil change with Mobil 1... the oil change indicator never came on. What gives?

I have a 2015 Crossroad and to be honest the system isn't that bad. It's the 6 speaker without the sub.
I do have MB Quart Tweeters and 3 1/2" mid range speakers with a crossover that I can put in the dash. I also have two MB Quart 6 1/2" mid bass with Tweeters and crossovers I can mount in the rear doors but I would need a pretty decent amp to power them. I would need the hideaway sub though, my 12" Rockford Fosgate dual coil sub would need a box and would take up too much room in the cargo area.

I would get it for the ability to unlock... they have a cheaper model for that doesn't have all the unecessary bells and whistles that this has.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on one of these. I had the lockpick adapter on the Mygig in my 06 Charger and it enabled me to enter in nav directions while driving and my son was able to watch DVD movies from the back seat while driving. It was pretty nice to unlock all of the locks. Anyone here have it installed?

This is the version that my new radio is running that was replaced due to the Sirius Travel Link not working. I wonder if this update actually fixes that problem.

You were in the military? They have some discounts for veterans. I got my 2015 Crossroad with everything you listed minus the premium sound for about 29k. Absolutely love the car, the gas mileage while breaking in was a little rough but I"ve got about 2500 miles on it now and I'm averaging about 21mpg combined.

looks like they are turn signals that stay white until you activate the signal then they turn amber.
-
Yup, new radio coming in a few days.

Travel Link displaying "No Data Available" looks like a documented issue that requires a new radio to repair. If you take your vehicle to a dealership, they should be able to order a new radio and resolve the issue.
Thanks for the info!! I'll call the dealer in the morning!
-
It isn't likely to be a hardware issue - if it can receive anything from SXM then it can receive everything.
But it is most likely a corrupted memory location - the unit would need to be re-initialised and I have no idea whether this is something that can be done in the field.
The new radio will resolve the issue.
I would think an update would reinitialize the system since it overwrites the firmware and reboots the unit. That didn't appear to resolve the travel link issue though.

My crossroad did not have the most current as it did not show any updates available. So I used a vin from a 2014 and got an updated firmware that was more current than the one it originally came with.
Yup I just updated my unit now but travel link is still broken.

I also have a 2015 Crossroad and am having the same exact issue. I checked with the Dodge site and it appears i'm on the latest firmware with the radio. Everything else works except travel link.
Happy New Journey owner but crazy hitch question

Brian,
Do you happen to have the part number for the stock harness? I installed my Curt hitch but I need the harness and the dealer has been zero help.
