DSR driver Jack Beckman helped extend the Dodge Charger R/T Funny Car’s consecutive streak of No.1 qualifier positions to four this season with another record setting run, while his teammate Ron Capps, who has one of those pole positions along with two final round appearances so far this year, will miss racing on Sunday for the first time since 2013. Mopar Pro Stock driver Erica Enders saw her incredible round win streak at Las Vegas stopped at 23, but is hoping that Sunday will bring an end to the string of first round losses that have plagued her this season.

FCA Canada today reported a total of 25,862 vehicles sold in March 2016, representing a 3 per cent lift as compared with March 2015 sales of 25,060. The Jeep brand continues to lead this sales growth. FCA Canada remains the top-selling automaker in the country through the first three months of the year.

The Ram Truck brand has released a new 60-second television ad and long-form video as part of an expanded relationship with two-time Grammy Award-winning country music artist Chris Stapleton. The announcement comes days after Stapleton picked up six additional honors during Sunday night’s 51st annual Academy of Country Music Awards telecast.
