FCA Canada today reported a total of 30,108 vehicles sold in April 2016, representing a 10 per cent increase compared with April 2015 sales of 27,473.

FCA México today reported sales of 7,321 units. Dodge brand sales were up 7 percent versus April 2015 with 2,481 units. Fiat brand sales continued its strong ascent by posting a 5 percent improvement of 655 units compared to April 2015; best April ever. Jeep® Grand Cherokee sales were up 8 percent versus April 2015. Ram brand experienced a significant sales increase of 9 percent with 1,740 units, best April since 2009.

The all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was honored as the Family Car of Texas at the Texas Auto Roundup hosted by the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA). Dodge also collected the Full-size Sedan of Texas (2016 Charger R/T Scat Pack), Performance Sedan of Texas (2016 Charger SRT Hellcat) and Super Car of Texas (2016 Viper GTC). FCA Latin America celebrated yesterday the first year of Jeep® Renegade production at the Goiana plant in Pernambuco. In year one of production, more than 60,000 Jeep Renegade vehicles have been sold in Brazil, and the Jeep brand is now one of the top 10 automotive brands in the market. Natural Gas Vehicles for America presented FCA US LLC the 2016 NGV Achievement Award, celebrating the Company’s $40 million investment to changeover all 179 Detroit-based parts-haulers to run on compressed natural gas (CNG) rather than traditional diesel. The move gave FCA US the largest private fleet of CNG-powered heavy-duty vehicles in the state of Michigan.
