  1. Welcome and hello from Port Coquitlam!
  2. I too noticed this issue upon driving my Journey off of the lot. I have size 12/13 feet and my foot still ocasionally slips off of the brake pedal. I completely agree with you.
  3. I would agree that the stock wipers are horrible. Vancouver is a rainy area and after only having my Journey for about a month they were leavin' lines. I have to replace them because I'm cheap but I'll end up with some from Costco I'm sure.
  4. Hey all, I have had my Journey for several months now and for the third time in about a month my Uconnect is not connecting to my iPhone. The first two times this happened it connected itself to my phone the very next time I got in my car and started it but this time no such luck. Any ideas? No battery issues, the Uconnect still lists my stored numbers, etc. Un-connected and closing in on 2010 (ie: new driving regulations for BC residents = no hands on phone).
  5. I too took the 7 seater over the 5. We don't have family yet, the wife and I but have used the third row for touring around out-of-towners and it worked great. I would make this choice every day of the week!
  6. You should have some conversations with others that didn't trust seat belts as you say. I think they may have some better advice for you rather than deactivating the alarm. That's only if they can still communicate or are alive! Just wear it, it may just save your life dude ;-D
  7. I agree with the majority and like the look of #2 the best. The mesh grille is just too much but #1 does have a clean look to it. still though I'm all over #2!
  8. I second that motion! My SXT came with them too.
  9. If anyone in Canada finds these great seat covers could you please post here a link? I looked at our Costco.ca site and there's nothing by CoverKing. Help!
  10. FYI, I took off my dealer decal today with a heat gun set for 300 degrees and not damage or sign nearing any damage to the paint. Go at it, just use caution!
  11. Hey Phil, Just thought I'd give you my two cents... when I first started to drive the new Journey I was noticing some leg numbness too but kept playing with the seat adjustments. It has taken about a week to figure out the best spot for each part of the seat but now I have a completely comfortable ride. I found the most important adjustment was the front portion of the electric toggle. When you move it up and down it adjusts the tilt of the seat. I found it was this that was cutting off my circulation and now all is good and I'll be making babies for the 5 open seats in no time! Just a thought, I hope it helps. :talkhand:
  12. Port Coquitlam (45 minutes east of Vancouver), BC Canada :D Have had the Journey for about two weeks now and love it! We had bought 4 vehicles from Maple Ridge Chrysler but when they tried to bait and switch us this time around we told them where to go and walked out of negotiations. Ended up trading in my 2005 PT Cruiser at Coquitlam Chrysler and got a better Journey (SXT rather than an SE) than we would have from the crooks across the river.
  13. Would using a heat gun not bubble the finish of paint? I'd like to remove mine too but not at the cost of possible paint damage. Let me know.
  14. Hello fellow Journey owners! I've had my Journey now for just over a week and so far just short of 550 km's. I checked tire pressure the other day and noticed on the door is states 30psi while on the wall of my Hankook tires it notes 44psi. Thoughts? I look forward to some feedback, thanks in advance.
