Replacing Oil Filter Housing

Hi,

I own a 3.6 2012 SXT Journey, last week a crack on the oil filter housing leaked a bunch of cooling liquid,

overheating the engine, now parts are hell of expensive here in Brazil, while in the US it costs around

170USD here it would be 1.100 USD on a dealer or 400USD on an ebay like website, anyhow the bigger

issue is that this piece has a part number 05184294AE but 68105583AF is a lot easier to find, are

they compatible? From my research it seems Journeys made from 2014 and up use 68105583AF,

since the engine is still the same I'd guess it wouldn't be a problem to use this slightly different part.

What do you think?
