fleckster Posted August 24, 2009 Report Share Posted August 24, 2009 We ordered our Journey R/T AWD on March 31st and after struggling through the downtime and Bankruptcy, we finally were able to pick it up last Monday, Aug. 17th! Despite the fact that I work for Chrysler as a Quality Engineering Supervisor at the Indiana Transmission Plant, I wasn't able to help it move along any quicker. "Pearl" as she is now known because of her Stone White paint is pretty much loaded minus the Chrome-clad wheels (i don't like the plastic cladding or the six spoke over the Aluminum finished spoke wheels), smoker's group, battery warmer, rear video/satellite TV, and Family Safety package (DRL and booster seats). We special ordered her with the Pebble Beige leather interior. I've yet to see another like her. At the one week mark we have 330 miles and are very happy with her. She's a VERY sharp looking ride.
