My journey has decided to stop allowing the front driver and passenger windows, power mirrors, and door locks to work. I have read about a recall, about disconnecting negative terminal, and this black box. I have seen various answers but no serious fixes or wiring diagrams. Thank you for any further info. I took my car to the dealer (it was still in warranty period), and they told me they had to apply a software update. Sorry, but I can't tell better news. pacman Posted July 19, 2013 Report Share Posted July 19, 2013 Yes, the software update worked, but I didn't notice any other change, except the window issue fix.
