Battery Disconnect - Radio Code - 2009 Journey SXT

Recommended Posts

I want to disconnect the battery (the starter solenoid clicks, but starter not kicking in; wiggled starter power cable and it helps; need to take off and clean, but is always under +12V).

a) I assume the radio requires a code once disconnected from the battery?

B) I called the dealer I bought the car from new, he has no idea. On other cars I own, there is a sticker in the paperwork with the respective code. Possibly with Dodge as well?

c) How can I retrieve the radio code (before I disconnect the battery)?
