mkaresh
I'm surprised there aren't more owners posting in this forum. Has anyone bought one yet? Justs shopping? Either way, I'd like to read people's impressions of the Journey. For me, it felt much like a minivan, just scaled down a bit and without sliding doors. I'd like something sportier, but can see how this will suit what many people are looking for in such a vehicle. My site conducts reliability research, and I'd like to have quick results for the Journey. But if people aren't buying them, this won't happen. mkaresh
Probably, but I haven't found it. This one comes out on top when I google "Dodge Journey forum." So if owners are looking for one, they should find this one easily.
Hit-By-Thunder
For me, I'd like something sportier vehicle.. I just shorten the quote a little. I did take the SXT AWD out for a spin and it feel very good in the corners probably alot better than the town and country that I also was thinking of buying. I ordered the SXT AWD because it felt that good for road feel oh, and the wife likes it too Rob

Steven
I picked up an R/T last weekend. Great deal, great options, very good gas mileage, i really don't know how dodge offers the vehicle at the price they do. alot cheaper than the competition, dont you think? What is everyone paying for their Journey's. I paid $30K loaded R/T AWD. Everything in it/on it. It was stickered at 34k. i didnt think i could negotiate it since they are new models, but they did. it was the only AWD on the lot. I was really suprised they would go down. I hit them on the last weeked of the month and last weekend of the quarter, that might have had something to do with it. steve
nathan513
Is there another Journey forum out there??? There is the DodgeTalk forums website . They have forums for every Dodge model. They don't have a lot of posts yet, but I'm sure it will pick up when more people start buying the Journeys. They also have forums for Chrysler Press Releases and the Rumor Mill - great sources of info for upcoming products/features. There is a wealth of knowledge on that site for Dodge products in general. My wife and I are looking at buying a Journey SXT in about 2 weeks when the local dealership will be getting about 15 of them in with the 3 row seats. We test drove two of them last week - an SE and an SXT. We were pretty impressed!! We definitely liked the V-6 better.

And it does say on the window sticker - Built for , and my name - kind of cool. Angie

Thanks for the info about being built for the customer. The salesmanager where we bought ours, marked on our work order with a line above and below SAVE STICKER in black permanent marker.
