nmsuman
Does anyone know which sensor in the car provides data for this portion of the display of the car? I find it to be about 5-10 degree's Fahrenheit higher then the actual temperature outside. I just hope it is not the temperature sensor going into the engine intake and forcing the car to incorrectly adjust air/fuel mixture. I want to see if I can find it, verify it is clean and/or functioning correctly.
Dean H
That would be the Ambient air temperature sensor. Go to this thread linked below. I posted everything about it. Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Code P0070 https://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/18879-ambient-air-temperature-sensor-code-p0070/ For reference the engine sensor is the: IAT- intake air temperature sensor that is located in the air intake before the throttle body.
