Hello All,

Brought my 09 SXT in for service for the following:

2 cracked TPMS sensors--dealer installed rubber valve stems temporarily until replacements come

squeak in front suspension--dealer replaced both lower control arms and the sway bar bushings (after 30,000 miles??)

alarm going off on its own--dealer replaced multifunction switch

car not starting--dealer cannot recreate issue, i most wait til out of the 36,000 warranty then fix it on my own dime

rear brakes squealing--dealer cannot hear, but everyone in the parking lot magically can

3 wheels peeling-- dealer replaced wheels after i insisted i do not wash the wheels with acid

not entirely thrilled at this point...

Had a couple of trips to the dealership

had to have my headliner replaced, 2010 journey sxt. they took it out and then checked out the new one.....wrong one and had to put our old headliner in that they threw on the floor. only an hour left for my wife to pick it up at the end of the day....needless to say nothing was very clean and fit and finish was horrible. damaged the pillar molding all over the interior, had to special order, waited two weeks and it's finally in. can't wait.

bluetooth connect won't work

auto dimming rear mirroe won't dim, no power

front fan hardly blows

driver door has rusty hinge

rear driver door missing a spring, flops around in the wind

rear cup holder clips broken

front left strut bearing sticks

oil leak around oil filter area

front seats loose, squeeks

driver side seatbelt socket rattles and clicks over any bumps, very annoying

no mechanical probelms yet....knock on wood

seem to be part of the dodge ownership experience....

dealer hasn't fixed any of these, still on the headliner......they did look at the strut bearing but told me that they couldn't duplicate......i took it to a front end guy and they found the problem within 1/2 an hour.

sad
