I need to top off coolant once in a while (overflow) Code is P0481 Fan 2 control (generic OBD2 reader). I took the (fan control?) relay out above the fan, front of engine, radiator support and chcked (no corrosion), tested the coil (80 Ohm), and tested relay (12V clicks). I took a big 60 Amp fuse out of the fuse panel, driver side, under the hood and checked (good, no corrosion). Don't know if the cooling fan turns on or not (and when it should turn on, for example is fan running with AC on like on most cars?). What turns the fan on? What else could cause the symptoms above?
