Rear Suspension Noise, When Stationary or Slow Movement

Recommended Posts

Have a 2013 Journey, just over 40000 miles, FWD only,  still under warranty to mid Sept.  Took it into the dealership for repair of a noise coming from the rear suspension, a creak.  This happens only when I sit, load or unload the rear, rock the car from side to side, stationary to idle movement over small bumps.  Took it to the dealership to fix it & they said they found it & replaced the rear shocks & ajoining components.  Thought all was good but to no surprise its still there, even when I first picked it up I noted they still didn't fix it.  Took it in again, car sat all day before they called & they said they couldn't find it.  Before I left the shop, even took the technician out in a ride just in the parking lot as I hear it but he gives me a dumbfounded look.  Now it seems to be louder or I'm just hyper sensitive now, but it should be something that can be found.  Going in this Friday with a number of videos capturing the noise.  Tried to post video but can not get the size under 10mb

Has anyone else have similar issues

If Dodge Cares  can provide some assistance.
