Bluetooth Won’t Connect

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone

We’ve bought a used 2013 Dodge Journey Crew and i’ve noticed that there’s no way to connect the phone to the Bluetooth, even that the phone recognizes the UConnect signal from the car, the screen won’t change and shows the ‘please wait’ message.

I’ve read about doing a hard reset disconnecting the negative cable, also try to change the HSF Module fuse from the passenger side (No. 131) or try resetting the radio using different button combination without any result. Is there any convenient way to try to fix this other than having to pay $400 for a new module?

Thank you all!
