Hi There! I am writing here because I have tried everything and with no luck. I have a 2013 Fiat Freemont bought in december 2013. I have quite an old firmware in my uconnect and would love to have it to the latest version: But the problem arrives when trying to access the https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Uconnect.do page. It is impossible!!! I have tried everybrowser I know, in the computer, iphone, samsung palaxy, ipad, no sucess, always the same response... I would appreciate if someone could check my vin number and say if there is any update, and if so a link to get it. Thanks in advance for your greatly appreciated help!
