Anyone else see this on their Journey? Dealer said it was normal but haven't seen any other Journeys with this.

This was $5,000 worth of damage. Luckily I was within two years of the manufacture date so USAA paid for OEM parts. :whew:

My Eclipse CD 5000 had atrocious sound. I had to replace it with a Pioneer FH-P800BT. Pioneer's SQ for head units are second to none.

Who makes the best head unit out of Pioneer, Alpine, and Eclipse? I cant stand the factory stereo and I've heard good things about all of them.

I had my non-infinity front speakers replaced with 6.5 kappa perfect components. Installer said the speaker size in the front was 6 X 9. Aftermarket Infinity Kappas will sound a lot better than the upgraded stock Infinitys. Also had stock head unit replaced with an eclipse cd 5000. Sound is much better even without am amplifier hooked up.
