I used win samsung galaxy, galaxy grand, experia sony and not able to talk on the phone through the car's audio system

the problem is I can not connect my phone to the audio system, but only in phone mode because if I match up any outfit as an audio device. in the manual there is no reference, nor the uconnect web site. the strange thing is that before I could connect my phone itself I've done it both ways, enabling the audio from the phone and from the radio, but does not work

I have a Journey stx 2013 with uconnect 8.4 N. my problem is that when i want pairing my cell phone via bluetooth, the connection is stablished but i can earn or speak. but i can playing music. how i reseting my uconnect system for connect my cell phone? (it is compatible)
