On my 09 i noticed that pop up section holds a phone fairly well that could be used as GPS. If you shopped around to find a dedicated GPS receiver that fits in there well you could route a cable down behind and plug it in below. The advantage of this would be that you could just lay the GPS down and close the cover so no one knows its there.

I just picked up a 2009 Journey SE this week and saw that it has the buttons for voice commands/phone but I get a "uconnect not installed" error when using those. This isn't a big deal as voice commands have never worked well for me any way. I also noticed that the 6 disc changer lists DVD support but it doesnt have a rear screen or any video screen on the front. I'm trading it back in in a year or so or I would put in an aftermarket deck with everything like I did in my old car. What parts would I require to hook up rear monitors to use the DVD feature without needing a new head unit?
