  1. I have 31,000 miles on my 2009 Journey R/T. I just had my front pads and rotors replaced under the extended warranty for $100. The funny thing was that I asked about the rear brakes and was told that there wasn't any extended warranty on the rear brakes but the dealership noted and told me verbally that the rear brakes were 65% to 70% worn. I asked why wouldn't the rear brakes be covered when they only do 25% of the braking of the vehicle? Not covered at this time. I will received a notice if something changes.
  2. Also I wish there was a way to turn on heated seats so they go on with the remote start.
  3. I'm coming up on one year anniversary for my 09 R/T. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the vehicle. I ordered it in march of 09 and during that time production stopped and restarted during reorganization. I finally took delivery in July 09. Pretty happy with the mygig, nav uconnect functionality. Vehicle has a good ride and gets decent mileage. Here are some nagging issues. 1. Leather drivers seat squeaks when you move in the seat. I determined that it is the seat back. Took it to the dealer twice but they says there is no fix. 2. On the passenger side when you fold down both the second and third row seats the headrest from third row hits second row seat. Once again dealer says there is no adjustment for this. The driver's side clearance is fine. 3. driver's power window quit working. Dealer replaced switch to fix problem. 4. There is a whistling noise from the ac/heat system. Sounds like some kind of vacuum leak. Once again dealer says that it is normal.
