I have a 2013 Dodge Journey Crew with the 8.4n uConnect system, Navigation, SiriusXM Radio, Traffic, Travel Link. I bought the car in July of 2013, I have been trying to get a map update for this past year to no avail. NavTeq (now Here.com), states, that I have the latest map updates for my system. (www.navigation.com). I have contacted NavTeq support, they state that the map updates come from Chrysler, Chrsler states I have to go to NavTeq for the updates. Who is correct, right now I am not enamored with either company. I want to get a current map update. Anyone else run into this problem. Thanks
