I had the same problem with both of mine as well. We contacted the dealer and they are on backorder. It seems to be a pretty common problem. We've been waiting about 2 months now.

Just got my Journey today! I have it for the weekend then back it goes Monday to have a sunroof installed! Can't wait! I have been waiting months to be able to get one! And the hubby's bonus is here for the down payment. Silver SXT it is! Woo Hooo
