Hilbillybone

This may have been asked but I couldn't find it, nor do I know where to post it, but I can't find online which other models have interchangeable parts to the dodge journey? I am going to the junk yard to hunt down a few parts and I wondered if other cars were compatible to a 09 journey sxt. First dodge I've ever owned so I'm not sure if you can pull off of Dakotas or Durango's or even rams chargers etc... Any help would be very helpful. Thanks
