I have no assistance but my 2009 4 cyl Dodge Journey is having the same issue. It seems like it's a transmission type of problem but I've had it checked out by different mechanics and no one finds anything to repair. The most difficult part about explaining the situation is that it's incredibly inconsistent so there isn't a way to recreate the stuttering. Did you have any luck getting it figured out? Do you still have your Dodge Journey?
