Many thanks to everyone who contributed on this tread. I ended up buying the Toyo 225/50R19 summer tires and love the look on it after replacing the stock Kumho 17's .

Has anyone used wider tires on their existing 19" Journey rims ? I'm planning on replacing my 225/55/19 tires into 245/55/19 or 235/55/19 tires to give the vehicle a much wider grip on the road for the spring/summer season and give the journey a more sportier look. Will it fit into the wheel well and cause problems when turning the wheel ? Any suggestions on tire brands that other members have used?
