Adding Bluetooth hands free calling onto existing Uconnect?

I have the 4.3 touchscreen Uconnect with satellite radio but no bluetooth or hands free calling. Would the dealer be able to add this feature to my system?

Interested in this too. I have the 4.3 inch touchscreen with satellite radio but I'd like to add the blue-tooth hands free calling feature. Will dealership do this?
