  1. Haven't heard back from you, going tomorrow to meet a guy who wants them. Sorry.
  2. I am mad! I bought my FWD SXT while living in Florida, not really thinking about the snow at the time. 1 year later, I am in Germany in the snow. Not to terrible here though, my Winterforce's will be on soon and even with the Kumho's it does so-so. I just couldn't see dropping the extra $4500 for AWD while living in FL. I kinda regret that now. :D
  3. First set got here and is ready for sale. I listed them locally and already had a few hits. Nothing sold yet, but if you want them, let me know.
  4. Thanks mr.m and larry. Appreciate the help.
  5. Let me know how they fit. I saw somewhere someone said they didn't seem to fit just right. Got a friend in Michigan who wanted to buy a set of my OE wheels, but it costs to much to ship them so he wants the tirerack ones if they fight right. Thanks, Clark
  6. I am about 3-3.5 hours away from Mons. I haven't seen any 16 aluminum wheels, but if you are interested in the steels let me know. I haven't listed them local yet, so you got first dibs. How about €350 and I could meet you around half way???
  7. Just wheels? In my hunt for 16s, I had given two different guys my CC# and they both found and shipped me wheels. Both sets are in transit to Germany expected to be here in about 2-4 weeks. They are just plain black steel wheels without hubcaps for 2009-2010 SE 16x6.5. One set is going on my SXT for winter wheels, the other set is for sell. One set cost me $440 shipped the other was $480 shipped. Where in Europe are you? I am near Frankfurt Germany. You can have them for $400 plus whatever it costs to get them to you from me. Sound good?
  8. ...also, can some of you winter-type folks recommend a good winter tire. I have spent the last 5 years in FL, but now I am in the "snow". I keep reading about the Blizzaks, but they are around $110 a pop but I saw Firestone Winterforce in the same size for $68 each. I don't expect a long winter, I am in West Central Germany and this is my first year here, but everyone says the winter isn't too bad.
  9. So a Kumho 225/55R19 is 28.9 inches tall and 9.1 inches wide on a 7 inch wide wheel. I am trying to get a similar size for my winter tires but on a 16 inch wheel(16 steel, stock SE wheels). I found Blizzaks in 225/70R16(which is the stock SE size) which would be 28.4 inches tall and 9.0 inches wide on a 6.5 inch wide wheel. My question for you smart people is how bad will that 0.5 inch height difference affect me. Also, since the SE 16 and the SXT 19 measure almost the same, I am guessing people can put 19s on their SE without too much trouble. Thanks in advance, Clark
  10. From any Mopar dealer, the SE 16 steel wheels without hubcaps run approx $110. I found one dealer that wanted $98, but most others are ~$110. I have been looking for wheels also for a while and 4 days ago I ordered 4 black steels. I wish I would have seen the 2 people selling the 19s and 16s on here. Anyway, I was lucky enough to find 2 online in a junkyard at ~$60, but only 2 so I had him order me 2 new ones at $110 each. Just go see your local dealer and they can help. Only problem for me, is there is no local dealer here, or for a long, long way away.
  11. Why would some people chose to keep summer tires and winter tires instead of just going with all season? This is my first time in many years that I have had a vehicle that will see snow/slush on a daily basis. Last vehicle was a Jeep so I didn't change tires on it. Looking at getting some factory take offs and getting the Blizzaks, but some people here told me to just get some all seasons. Was looking at getting 255/50R19 to replace my Kumhos. Only all season I can find(that will ship to me) in that size are Continental ExtremeContact DWS. I have no idea if those tires are worth a d@mn or not. Question is, should I just replace my Kumhos with an all season, or do the summer/winter tire thing? Thanks, Clark
  12. Cool, thanks. Looking at the 17s.
  13. Nobody selling their factory take-off wheels??
  14. Since my 19 Kumhos are almost shot at 25k miles and I am in for a snowy winter, I am seeing if anyone has upgraded their wheels, and has their factory take-offs for sale. Looking for the 16s or 17s, heck, I will even take some 19s if I have to. Problem is shipping, so if any of our European people have some, that would be great. Even in the states, I can take them, it will just cost more to ship. If you don't want to ship overseas, that is fine, family is still in the states, so you can ship them there. Thanks, Clark
