  1. Just got off the phone with them, they have the part sitting on the shelf and don't know what happened for the last 7 months. He didn't call me back because he wrote my information down wrong... Not much of a service department. Service is scheduled for Monday.
  2. Thanks for all the responses. I had a feeling they forgot about me. If it wasn't already written up as a warranty repair, I would go to another dealer.
  3. Well no call back today so I will be contacting them in the morning. Hoping for some good news. I just really want to get this fixed.
  4. Does anyone know if the cylinder head for this repair is still on backorder? I took mine 2011 Journey into the dealer in August of 2013 for this repair. I was told the part was on national backorder. I never heard from them again. I called today and they could not give me an answer and said they would call me back in a day or so. Anyone else have to wait this long for the same reapair?
