  1. 67000 miles. I hoping it'll be a good family truckster.
  2. Things I the intake are generally to reduce turbulence, and reduce noise. My old ranger had a cone in the tube for that purpose that went from 3" to 1" with holes in it. I took it out. As long as there isn't a wire connected to it it will be fine.
  3. Ok so just bought it Saturday and got the keys today. I think we got a good deal on it. 2009 Journey SXT, Champagne(or gold dealer said champagne) in color. 67k miles. Drives nice. Anything I should worry about? What are the most common problems? I don't want to have this car in the dealer service drive all the time. Only problem I've noticed so far and may not be a problem is that when you press the brake pedal after 30 seconds or so it sounds like a vacuum leak? All the help I can get to make this a low cost of ownership car would be great. I have seen a few post here where some owners had loads of problems. I'm not condemning this one yet.
  4. Just brought home a 2009 journey sxt. Hopefully it's not as bad as I have read on another site. I'm hoping it's a good car.
