  1. You guys are great! Can't thank you enough for all the feedback! Going to take care of this one way or the other this evening...I'll report back (hopefully the fix I've found)!!!
  2. Appears like something which would "flap" at higher speeds by design, BUT, I'm willing to give anything a shot. More likely, I simply just don't know what I'm talking about, just want the noise to go away!!!! Thank you again!
  3. Thanks again - haven't been able to see anything on 'air-foiled' blades with just a quick scan of the web?!? Hopefully an auto parts store can advise
  4. Thank you! If I determine it's the blades, any suggestion on specifically what to replace with?!?
  5. Great thoughts! Didn't want to try anything first without checking here. And yes, I have replaced the blades. I believe I had Rain-X recently installed. However, the noise existed previous to those as well (not sure of the exact specs of the new wipers). I thought about trying to slightly bend (toward the windshield) the arm to perhaps apply more pressure towards the windshield and hopefully less room for the flapping; I assume that's what you were suggesting bigtsr?!? Will certainly look into the air-foiled aftermarket blades as well. Thank you all! Appreciate it sincerely!
  6. Hello all! I have a 2013 Crew and have had a problem for the year I have owned the vehicle, but it's to the point now, where I don't even want to drive it anymore. With my job and regular schedule of kids weekend sports, I am driving more on the highway. Anytime that I get over 60-65 mph (sometimes less if the wind is really blowing) my windshield wipers make a humming noise that is almost unbearable. Faster you go, the worse it gets. I have pinpointed this problem down to the wipers because when I activate them or when it's raining and the wipers are in use, the noise is gone. I have to drive to Omaha (from Tulsa) and back Wednesday morning and I am already dreading this trip because of the noise. Any suggestions or help, would be appreciated more than I can express!
