I have this same problem with my 2012. Was stuck in a gas station for over a half hour. Truck has full power, just won't start. After sitting that amount of time it finally took. Has happened off and on for he last year. Shop can't diagnose the problem at all. No codes, no lights, nothing. Usually it will go with a boost. Battery is less than a year old and has lots of juice.

I'm sure it needs a battery, but hopefully a few starts will sync it back to red. Weird part is, other than the colour and the time, the rest of the settings remained.

Was driving around just fine today. Stopped for gas then when I started it up to leave it all died when I put it into drive. Called a town truck, got a boost, but now my radio display is blue not red. How can I fix it?? 2012 crew 3.6L u connect 8.4

I'm looking to do something with my suspension too to be able to tow more. I've already improved my brakes, and will add the oil cooler (bought the truck used and it didn't have the tow package) but I figured better suspension (rear at least to increase tongue weight) would make it able to pull more safely.

I'm assuming you bought this used or you would have noticed this a long time ago. Worst case, if you have to repair it yourself, you can use 3M protector tape to replicate the other side.
