  1. Please help - I bought a brand new dodge journey last june. for about 6 months my uconnect worked great! then all of a sudden it will not recognize voice commands. I can still use bluetooth (talk through speakers) but I have to manually dial everything on my phone and when calling my contacts info always shows up as unknown on the screen. The dealership says that it is my phone, however I have recently bought a new phone (that is listed as compatible with uconnect) and it still isn't working. please help!!!!!! thanks!
  2. My journey is only 3 months old. When I first got it the bluetooth and unconnect with my iphone 4s worked great! even better than I thought it would!! Then all of a sudden it stopped letting me use my voice ie: Call Dana, no longer works. The dealership says that everything should work fine and they even tested it with an iphone while I was with them and No problems..... anyone have any ideas???
