Just a FYI in case. Even without the key in the car with the warning. You can still drive the car as long as you like. As long as you dont shut it down it will continue to function as if a key is in the inginiton. Just a whole lot of beeping and warning that you dont have it in the vehical.

I have a 2013 dodge journey and Dodge Dart. Both with the same problem. It drives me crazy!!! since the sensitivity of the auto dimming is so easily darkened. My dart also has numbers above the barcode and they are viewed in reverse which makes me believe that it is behind the glass. Something in the manufacturing process Im sure.

This caught my eyes as well. You have to register on the site for a price. Its a bit over $1200 for this and it does not look like it works with the Journey. At that price I didn't even bother with question on if it would even work.
