We bought a 2012 Journey this spring. They told us it includes a tow prep group, but that did not acutally include the hitch receiever. Now that we are getting the receiver installed, they say they also need to install the wiring harness and maybe more. Shouldn't some of this have been part of the tow prep group? What does the tow prep include? Were they just lying to our faces? Thanks,
