oneframe, did you find the solution for the problem. I bought my 2013 sxt two weeks ago and I noticed the exact same thing, when I am heading south the arrow points toward north and when heading to north the arrow point to north but when I am heading east or west the arrow always points toward south. The heading information is corect on the 4.3 display and evic diplay.

Thank you Denny, may I ask what is the reason for not being able to upgrade. Is it because of physical interface like connectors between RHA and RB5 radio it self or some sort of software/firmware differences.

Thank you chavo60, that's good news. I will start looking the other threads about similar upgrades and try to find parts from auto wreckers. Any other input will be appreciated.

Hello all, I just bought my journey sxt 2013, I have RHA radio with 4.3 screen and no bluetooth. I wanted the uconnect 8.4 with bluetooth but nothing was available, so I had to pick what was available. Now I am thinking to upgarde the screen to 8.4 and add the bluetooth, I read the other posts regarding the upgrade but most of them are 2012 or earlier models. My question is, is it possible to do the upgrade on 2013 model and if yes, do I need the same parts like other users are mentioning. Thank you for the help.
