This is a known issue (look in the TSB subforum). Mine read 7/8ths of a tank after 15km driven. Usually, I can't even get it to the F on the gauge when filling. Dealer changed the fuel pump as per Dodge, no effect.

My dealer finally gave up waiting for the hose that's on backorder and rebuilt mine. I have to go back in June (they say) when they get the part so they can replace it.

Take it in to the dealer. Our light started to come on from cold starts. You can clear it by pressing on the gas 3 times and then starting the car, but get the ETC changed ASAP.

I had the fuel pump replaced per this TSB and as far as i can tell, it did not make a difference. If I'm on the last line before empty, I should be able to put 68 litres in. I got to 50 when the gas pump stopped. I also got the gauge to drop to the 7/8ths line after going 13.9km. There's no way the fuel pump replacement fixes this issue.
