On a cold day, if I have to stop at an intersection, or slow down for a car infront of me, my journy seems like the transmission slips and stalls. The transmission will not put itself back into drive, I have to shift to neutral, then back to drive in order for it to work again. It doesn't happen very often, but it seems unsafe to me to stall out in the middle of an intersection. I have told my local dodge dealer about this issue, and they tell me there is nothing wrong with the car. I am so discuraged by the way I have been treated by my local dealership that I as soon as I am done with this car I am done with dodge. Not to mention, this car has been a complete nightmare for me. From the driveshaft, front axle, control arm, PTO several times... ::sigh:: Can someone help me?

My check engine light came on a few days ago. I had just gotten it inspected an oil changed. I have checked all fluids, gas cap, and have disconnected the battery to try and clear it. Nothing has helped. I am wondering how long I should let it go like this. I am not feeling inclined to spend the money at the local dodge dealership just to hook it up to a scan tool. They usualy charge me over $100 to do so... I have about 64,000 miles on the vehicle. Has anyone else had their light come on, and what was it for?
