  1. Another thing to try is taking off the driver's side door panel and removing the harness from the module and reinserting after about a minute. I had to do that a couple times in order to get the window switches to work. I currently don't have my Journey anymore and I don't exactly remember how to get the panel off. I believe there is a screw on the arm rest and behind the door handle, the bottom needs some yanking for the plastic pins and then the whole assembly lifts up and out.
  2. I think by removing the fuse you reset the door module. I had the same problem on mine and resetting the module by pulling the fuse always fixed it. I found that when ever I set the driver window auto up feature it would mess up the switch again. My fix was to not set the auto up feature. Although I did take the door panel off and clean the door module wire harnesses. Has been fine ever since.
  3. Kingdomcarclub is it still working with replacing the module? I have a similar issue and everytime I disconnect the wiring to the module and reconnect the door switch starts working fine.
